It will hold a leading national position in developing guidelines, monitoring safety performance, delivering specialized training, analyzing data, and implementing preventive projects. The Center will also serve as the Ministry of Petroleum\u2019s official authority for informed decision-making, technical consultation, and process incident management.\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>In line with this vision, over the next five years, the Center will become:<br \/><\/b><\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Specialized PSM Authority for Holding Companies\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>National Process Incident Data Center for the Oil Industry\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Center for Recruiting and Training Professional Specialists and Auditors<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Development of National PSM Standards in Iran<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Establishment of Operational Pilot Facilities and Reference Laboratories<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Collaboration with CCPS, IChemE, and International Process Safety Centers<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Center\u2019s Target State Over the Next Five Years \u201cThe Center will serve as the national authority on risk management and process safety in the oil industry, operating in alignment with international standards.
