The specialized committees serve as the Center\u2019s intellectual core, advisory arm, and strategic decision-support body. By bringing together the country\u2019s leading specialists, executives, researchers, and subject-matter experts, these committees are responsible for identifying strategic issues, analyzing the challenges and opportunities facing the industry, monitoring global developments, and proposing specialized solutions for the development and implementation of process safety and risk management systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The specialized committees play a central role in shaping the Center\u2019s scientific, educational, research, and technological direction. Their outputs will provide the basis for formulating the Center\u2019s policies, operational plans, development priorities, strategic projects, and high-impact initiatives across the country\u2019s oil industry.<\/p>\n

As the Center\u2019s expert network, these committees continuously monitor the state of process safety nationwide and review international experience and achievements. They identify existing gaps and needs, propose corrective measures, and develop a national roadmap for advancing process safety and risk management.<\/p>\n

Process Safety Management Committee<\/p>\n

This committee focuses on monitoring and developing process safety management systems, reviewing national and international standards and best practices, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of PSM across the industry.<\/p>\n

Risk Management and Consequence Analysis Committee<\/p>\n

This committee focuses on developing advanced methods and tools for hazard identification, risk assessment, incident consequence analysis, scenario modeling, and improved risk-informed decision-making.<\/p>\n
