    با توجه به الزامات ایمنی، زیست‌محیطی و پایداری عملیات در صنعت نفت، تأسیس مرکز مدیریت ریسک، ایمنی فرآیند و پیشگیری از خسارات (PRPLC) در دانشگاه صنعت نفت، به‌عنوان بازوی تخصصی و مشورتی وزارت نفت، اقدامی راهبردی در جهت ارتقای سطح تاب‌آوری و کاهش حوادث بزرگ صنعتی است. این مرکز با مأموریت توسعه، بومی‌سازی و نهادینه‌سازی نظام مدیریت ایمنی فرآیند در کلیه شرکت‌های تابعه وزارت نفت، به‌دنبال ایجاد زیرساخت علمی، فناورانه و انسانی لازم برای استقرار اصول PSM مطابق با استانداردهای بین‌المللی (CCPS، OSHA، API) خواهد بود. در گام نخست، مرکز به‌صورت ساختارمند تحت نظارت رئیس دانشگاه صنعت نفت و با حمایت سیاستی و مالی وزارت نفت فعالیت خود را آغاز می‌کند. این نهاد علاوه بر نقش آموزشی و پژوهشی، به‌عنوان مرجع ملی ایمنی فرآیند در کشور عمل خواهد کرد و زمینه‌ساز ارتقای سطح ایمنی، بهره‌وری و اعتماد عمومی در صنعت نفت می‌شود.

    About the Center

    Given the safety, environmental, and operational sustainability requirements of the petroleum industry, the establishment of the Risk Management, Process Safety and Loss Prevention Center (PRPLC) at Petroleum University of Technology, as the specialized advisory arm of the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum, represents a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening operational resilience and reducing major industrial accidents. The Center is committed to developing, localizing, and institutionalizing Process Safety Management across all companies affiliated with the Ministry of Petroleum. It aims to establish the scientific, technological, and human-capital infrastructure required to implement PSM principles in accordance with internationally recognized standards, including CCPS, OSHA, and API. In its initial phase, the Center will commence its activities within a structured framework under the supervision of the President of Petroleum University of Technology, with policy and financial support from the Ministry of Petroleum. In addition to its educational and research functions, the Center will serve as Iran’s national authority on process safety, contributing to improved safety, operational efficiency, and public confidence in the petroleum industry.
